Access Tech helps people under 65 with disability (NDIS or not) access the Assistive Technology they need. In partnership with NovitaTech and St Giles, we make it easy to rent high quality equipment. Here's how it works:

1. Explore and choose your AT equipment

Browse our extensive rental range to find the perfect items for your needs. Once you’ve found what you’re looking for, discuss your selections with your Allied Health team. They’ll ensure the options are just right for you and your specific requirements.

Ready to Reserve: After your discussion, simply click the “Reserve” button on the product page.

Items for people with complex needs: For these items, like power wheelchairs or tilt-in-space commodes, measurements are often required to guarantee your safety and proper fit. In these cases, it might be easier for your Allied Health team to submit the application on your behalf, or to assist you in completing it.

2. Decide how long you want to rent the AT for

We understand that everyone’s journey and reasons for needing AT are unique, which is why we offer flexible rental periods.

Try before you buy: Not sure if a particular piece of AT is right for you? Rent it first to make sure it meets your needs before committing to a purchase.

Bridge the gap: Have you already ordered new equipment, but need something to use in the meantime? Renting is the perfect solution to ensure you have what you need until your new item arrives.

Adapt as you grow: Your needs can change, and your AT should too. Renting gives you the freedom to easily swap equipment as your requirements evolve.

Sustainable choice: Concerned about environmental impact? Renting refurbished AT is a fantastic way to access the equipment you need while contributing to a more sustainable future and reducing landfill waste.

3. Receive and start using your equipment

Once you’ve chosen your AT, you can work with either your own clinician or one of ours to ensure the equipment is adjusted for a perfect fit and safe for use.

4. Ongoing support and adjustments

Throughout the rental period, we offer ongoing support and are available to make adjustments if your needs change. Our team remains committed to ensuring your AT continues to meet your expectations.

If your needs change, or you outgrow the equipment during the rental period, we can review our fleet of equipment to see if there is something more suitable.
