We’ve organised our equipment library into 3 categories. This approach ensures people can access and use the equipment safely and with confidence.

Category A

• “Off the shelf” or items requiring minimal adjustment.
• Anybody can rent these items.
• We suggest you complete the enquiry form or call us if you have any questions.

Category B

• Your therapist must be confident that this product is safe for you to use.
• We suggest you discuss your requirements with your therapist, and ask them to complete the clinical enquiry form or call us.

Category C

• Highly specialised Assistive Technology where there is a risk of injury or reduced performance if the equipment is not set-up and handed over with the correct adjustments, guidance and monitoring.
• A NovitaTech Clinician with work with you and your therapist to make sure the equipment is set up correctly for you.
• We suggest you discuss your requirements with your therapist, and ask them to complete the clinical enquiry form or call us.
